流行性感冒(简称流感)是流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染,传染性强、传播速度快,主要表现为高热、畏寒、头痛、肌肉关节酸痛、全身乏力、鼻塞、咽痛和干咳。

Influenza (abbreviated as flu) is an acute respiratory infection caused by the influenza virus. It is highly contagious and spreads rapidly. The main symptoms include high fever, chills, headache, muscle and joint pain, general weakness, stuffy nose, sore throat and dry cough.

流感病毒具有较强的传染性,主要通过感染者打喷嚏和咳嗽等产生的呼吸道飞沫传播,也可经口腔、鼻腔、眼睛等黏膜直接或间接接触感染;在特定场所,如人群密集且密闭或通风不良的房间内(如教室),也可能通过气溶胶的形式传播。

The influenza virus is highly contagious. It is mainly transmitted through respiratory droplets produced when infected people sneeze and cough. It also be infected through direct or indirect contact with mucous membranes. Such as those in the mouth, nose and eyes. 流感的症状:

1.潜伏期3-7天

Incubation period:3-7 days

无任何症状,或出现鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、发热及咳嗽;

There are no symptoms at all, or symptoms like stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, fever and cough may occur.

2.前驱期1-2天

Prodromal period :1-2 days

出现畏寒、无力、全身疼痛等症状;

Symptoms such as chills, weakness and general pain appear.

3.发热期持续3-5天

Febrile period:3-5 days

毫无征兆地发烧,一般会达到38.5-40度;

Fever occurs without any warning, and generally the body temperature can reach 38.5 - 40 degrees Celsius.

4.恢复期3-7天

Convalescent period:3-7 days

发热消退,但仍感明显乏力,多数会在3-7天自愈,但抵抗力差的,可能进一步发展为肺炎。

The fever subsides, but obvious weakness still remains. Most cases will recover spontaneously within 3 - 7 days. However, for those with poor resistance, it may further develop into pneumonia.

日常防护措施

Daily Protective Measures

1.注意气温变化,随时增减衣物:秋冬昼夜温差大,同学们要密切关注天气预报,合理安排穿衣。早晚时分要注意增加衣物,避免受凉感冒。

Students had better closely follow the weather forecast and arrange clothing reasonably. 2.勤洗手:经常使用肥皂和流动水,按照正确的洗手方法认真洗手,特别是在接触公共物品后、咳嗽或打喷嚏后、准备食物前及用餐前等。

3.保持通风:同学们要经常开窗通风,让室内空气流通,减少病毒在室内传播的机会。每天至少开窗通风两次,每次不少于30分钟。

4.佩戴口罩:在流感高发期,身处人员密集场所如教室、商场、公共交通工具等时,佩戴口罩能有效阻挡飞沫传播,防止病毒吸入。

5.注意咳嗽和打喷嚏礼仪:咳嗽或打喷嚏时,应用纸巾捂住口鼻,用过的纸巾及时丢弃;若没有纸巾,可用肘部遮挡,避免用手遮挡后再触摸其他物品造成病毒传播。
